About The Position

Actively participates in the coordination and operations of the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin Access Department. This role will work as a strategic partner to mine data from large data sets to identify opportunities for improvement, trend access operations and monitor ongoing projects. This individual will use data to tell stories, improve metrics and support access initiatives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience in health care is required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience in implementing, and managing projects or processes.
  • Demonstrated skill assisting with change management efforts and effective collaboration with physicians, peers and leaders, including individuals in executive leadership positions.
  • A successful track record in moving projects/initiatives forward to completion and proven ability to turn ambiguity into results.
  • Strong office and project organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Self motivated, independent thinker.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
