About The Position

Train and support clinicians in outpatient settings on clinical information systems and EHRs. Act as a liaison between healthcare staff and IT to deliver technical solutions that meet user needs. Develop, implement, and advise user-centric solutions based on business and clinical needs. Promote user-friendly, patient-centric innovations to improve patient outcomes and enhance clinical workflows. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence at a variety of Valley View locations. This is a full-time, day-shift position!

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field is required.
  • Current Clinical licensure recognized to qualify for position: OT, PT, RDN, RN, or RT
  • Minimum of 3 years of healthcare business process/operational knowledge/acumen or equivalent.
  • Experience and/or strong understanding of working in a clinical setting, particularly in ambulatory care.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional analysis, problem-solving, documentation, and training skills.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency with remote work tools and project management.
  • Ability to coordinate methods for optimal results and manage multiple tasks/projects.
  • Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and the ability to influence at the provider level.
