JOB SUMMARY: The RN Supervisor, Ambulatory Case Management serves as the first-line resource and subject matter expert for care management staff. This role supports daily operations including case review oversight, workflow coordination, auditing, training, and ensuring compliance with department procedures and regulatory requirements. The RN Supervisor provides leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality care management services that promote optimal clinical outcomes, appropriate resource utilization, and excellent patient satisfaction. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the RN Supervisor carries a small caseload and conducts clinical reviews based on established criteria.
