Primary responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, prioritizing clinical needs, addressing symptom-based concerns, tracking and updating medical records, managing clinical follow-ups, and performing anticoagulation management, including PT/INR review and dosing according to established protocols. In addition to triage as the primary function, the nurse provides direct clinical support across the cardiology practice, assisting with patient care activities, clerical tasks related to clinical operations, and cross-coverage needs as required. This role requires a flexible and highly organized nurse who demonstrates strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative cardiology care team. A commitment to professional excellence, patient-centered service, and maintaining a supportive, solutions-focused clinical environment is essential.
