About The Position

Join our team as an Ambassador- Food Services , where you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to patients, families, and physicians. You will serve, transport, and take orders for food and supplies while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires attention to detail, quick and courteous service, and adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
• No prior experience required—training provided
• Basic computer skills; knowledge of CBORD system preferred
• Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, bend, and kneel

Responsibilities

• Serve and transport food and supplies to patients and other customers
• Take and process food orders accurately and promptly
• Provide courteous service and resolve customer concerns quickly
• Maintain sanitation and infection control practices to ensure food safety
• Operate food service and computer equipment as needed
