Short Description Performs various functions pertaining to construction and repair of the interior and exterior of buildings and facilities. Performs daily rounds of their respective property territory. Reports back issues that need attention. Rounds include grounds, life safety, compliance, inspections, equipment etc. Technician makes repairs or contacts vendor for service.

Requirements

High School Diploma and trade School, apprentice school or equivalent required
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Motor vehicle record must meet CUHC standard criteria to be permitted to drive CUHC vehicles

Responsibilities

Performs various functions pertaining to construction and repair of the interior and exterior of buildings and facilities.
