The AM Sous Chef is the team leader management position for Breakfast and Brunch, managing the day-to-day operations of the AM service and AM team. In addition to knowing the entirety of the AM service you will also be tasked with training and supervising AM staff, developing new recipes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong leadership skills, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.
