As a key part of our evening kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, and ensuring smooth back-of-house operations. Requirements

Previous kitchen or food service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
Reliable, punctual, and available during required shifts (Mon- Sat 5:30am-3:00pm or 2:00pm-11:00pm)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items following Chick-fil-A's high standards
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in the kitchen
Work efficiently to meet service times, high volume, and ensure guest satisfaction
Assist with stocking, inventory, and kitchen opening procedures
Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace
Collaborate with team members and leaders to create a positive work environment
