Within the location assigned, the Prep Team Member is to assist Cook and Kitchen Manager. Prep items for each dining service. Also included is cleaning all pots, pans & utensils for the team in accordance with health department regulations as well as assisting the cook with prep work, lobby, and bathroom cleaning. In this role, it’s imperative to maintain a high level of awareness when it comes to sanitation and cleanliness. Salsa Fresca is a destination for simple, delicious, Mexican Food. We offer eco-friendly to go packaging, along with utensils all made from plant-based starch. We utilize a Smart Car which gets 50 MPG. We also recycle all our cooking oil into Bio Diesel. These are all great ideas we have added to create a brand that lends itself to being eco-friendly, but in the back of the house we also make sure we are doing our part to recycle all our large cans, bottles and all cardboard.
