Job Overview AM Line Cook – The Nickel & The Study | Hotel Teatro (Downtown Denver) Start your day in one of Denver’s most iconic kitchens. The Nickel and The Study at Hotel Teatro are looking for a passionate AM Line Cook to help bring our brunch experience to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in consistency and quality, and is excited to work alongside a talented culinary team led by Chef Franco and Jeremy.
Requirements
- Previous line cook experience preferred (breakfast/brunch experience a plus)
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Passion for food and hospitality
- High school education or equivalent.
- Experience required by position is from one to two full years of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).
- Knowledge of cooking and the practices and procedures of a kitchen in order to perform non-repetitive analytical work.

Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality brunch dishes for both The Nickel and The Study with precision and consistency
- Prepare and set up your station for morning service, ensuring readiness for a smooth shift
- Maintain strong knowledge of menu items, recipes, and presentation standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards at all times
- Assist with prep, inventory, and opening responsibilities
