AM Cook - Full-Time Join Our Mission: Quality Healthcare, Close to Home Madison Regional Health System is seeking a full-time Cook to join our Dietary Department and support our mission: Committed to providing quality healthcare, close to home. Our Cook plays a vital role in ensuring that patients, visitors, and staff enjoy nutritious, great-tasting meals in a clean, welcoming environment.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• The role involves long periods of standing, repetitive hand/wrist movements, bending, and reaching.
• The ability to lift 10-35 lbs. is required.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and food preparation
• Assembling patient trays
• Setting up the buffet line
• Operating the cash register
• Washing dishes
• Providing assistance to patients and customers as needed
