About The Position

The AM Cook-Server is responsible for preparing and serving breakfast items to hotel guests while delivering friendly, efficient customer service. This role combines basic cooking duties with front-of-house service to ensure a welcoming and smooth dining experience during morning hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred
• Basic cooking skills and knowledge of food safety practices
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items in accordance with hotel standards and food safety guidelines
• Set up and maintain the breakfast station, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper food presentation
• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take orders (if applicable) and serve food and beverages promptly
• Replenish food items and supplies throughout the breakfast service
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and service areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
• Monitor food quality and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
