About The Position

What You’ll Do Prepare and serve Starbucks® coffee beverages and bistro menu items with accuracy and speed Take guest orders, deliver food & beverages to tables, and ensure every guest feels welcomed Collect payments and process transactions accurately Keep the Bistro area sparkling clean and fully stocked Follow all food & beverage safety standards (hotel, Shaner, and Marriott requirements) Communicate effectively with the GM, department managers, and fellow team members Complete opening/closing procedures and daily operational checklists Jump in to help wherever needed — teamwork makes the dream work! What We’re Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in food service or hospitality Meet the state age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude ServSafe and/or food safety certification (or willingness to obtain) Alcohol awareness training (TIPS or equivalent) preferred High school diploma or equivalent (some college a plus) Knowledge of local attractions is a bonus — help guests plan their day!
