PURPOSE STATEMENT: This position will assist with Alumni Department as well as the Admissions Dept. This is a temporary position with possible change to FTE. Responsible for establishing and maintaining a first- impressions environment at the facility front desk. Duties include phone triage, addressing requests for services and performing client call backs and documents all call activities. Answers inquiry calls about facility services and availability, performs pre-registration, verifies insurance eligibility, and coordinates with the insurance company. Facilitates assessment and/or intake to facility services when appropriate. Provides administrative support to the department of admissions, ensuring the quality of service to clients and their families. Also responsible for maintaining relationships with the alumni of The Aviary Recovery Center, presenting graduations, and providing support.
