About The Position

Johnson Venture Management Solutions, Inc. (JVM Solutions) is recruiting an Alternate Program Manager (APM) to support the Program Manager (PM) in the day-to-day oversight and execution of the FLETC Enterprise Health Unit Services contract. The APM assumes full PM authority and responsibility whenever the PM is unavailable and serves as a co-management lead for operational coordination across all TDPs.

Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years of professional healthcare experience
  • Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience managing a Health Unit, Urgent Care Clinic, Doctor's Office, or ED
  • Within the last three (3) consecutive years, must have successfully managed a Health Unit, Urgent Care, Doctor's Office, or ED
  • Proficiency in English, Microsoft Office, and Government EMR (SASS)
  • S. Citizen or alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence; DHS background investigation required
  • Baccalaureate from an accredited healthcare program (ACEN, CCNE, DOE, or CHEA)
  • Current, full, active, and unencumbered RN license at minimum; any restriction reported immediately to employer and CO/COR

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree in nursing, PA, Health Care Administration, or Medicine
  • Prior multi-site or federal healthcare management experience

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary on-site Government POC during the PM's absence with full PM authority
  • Be present at FLETC-Glynco during core duty hours on all training days
  • Co-manage health services at Cheltenham, MD alongside the PM
  • Manage and coordinate all Glynco health unit services in coordination with the PM
  • Authorize and execute business decisions on behalf of JVM when acting as PM
  • Support oversight of MSP, CLIA operations, formulary management, OSHA recordkeeping, and quality control
  • Ensure continuity of all reporting, deliverables, and Government communication
  • Travel to Artesia, Charleston, and Cheltenham as operationally required
