At David’s Bridal, the Alterations Manager leads all activities for the alterations room and reports to the Store Manager. This role assists the Store Manager in recruiting and interviewing Alterations Specialists and Alterations CSRs. The Alterations Manager trains, coaches, and motivates Alterations associates to provide superior customer service, achieve sales plans, and reach Hall of Fame status. As a key holder, they may be responsible for opening the store and performing related responsibilities. This position is a key member of the store management team and serves as a role model for store team members, embodying the values and qualities of the David’s Bridal brand.
