Alterations Associate
About The Position
As a part-time Alterations Associate, you will work closely with the Tailor Shop & Alterations Manager to ensure the proper fit, marking, altering, and pressing of garments. This is an hourly nonexempt position. Mashburn is an Atlanta-based apparel and lifestyle brand founded in 2007. Requirements
- Two years of experience in men's and women's alterations.
- Thorough knowledge of basic machines.
- Proficient in sewing and making garments.
- Knowledge of fabrics and clothing.
- Organization and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication.
- Exceptional customer service.
- Detail oriented.

Responsibilities
- Perform quality alterations on different categories of garments at HQ locations.
- Operate industrial sewing machinery and meet productions deadlines.
- Prepare garments for customer delivery.
