About The Position

Who we are looking for A successful Co-op will have the ability to work effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders across the Alpha Organization and more broadly at State Street, assisting with crucial client metrics and tracking. The Co-op will assist in developing end to end Alpha product solutions specifically the Alpha Inkind Transfer Portal products, participating in the full software development lifecycle and contributing as a member of a feature-focused product development team. They should possess a positive, team attitude, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once. The Co-op position will focus specifically on the Inkind Portal product but will have exposure to all Alpha Products, so a candidate should be organized and proactive. The job is located in Quincy, MA. • Strong excel and Salesforce experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the product management team to gather product requirements and develop feature specifications; involvement in all aspects of the product life cycle
• Assist in researching and producing business and technical requirement documents
• Assist with the management of project schedules and monthly deliverables
• Develop materials and dashboards
• Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Assist the management team with other ad-hoc initiatives
