About The Position

Milestone Technologies is seeking a Ticket Administrator. This role is vital in providing exceptional support to our client's employees. They aim to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely process for all requests and inquiries.

Requirements

  • At least two years of online customer service experience handling a high-volume ticket queue.
  • Knowledge or interest in computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Demonstrated success in working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced computer and typing skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Docs, and Calendar.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Processing hardware requests submitted through inventory/tracking systems.
  • Obtaining necessary approvals for hardware requests when required.
  • Providing clear and concise updates on request statuses.
  • Interacting with end-users through a ticketing system to gather relevant information.
  • Handling post-fulfillment communication.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by Milestone or the client.
  • Managing a high-volume ticket queue for IT hardware requests.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of outstanding issues within hardware requests.
  • Researching hardware requests to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Providing coverage for colleagues as needed.
