As an Alliances Marketing Manager, you'll work to develop strategies for co-branding/comarketing initiatives and demand generation efforts aligned to partnership goals. You will collaborate closely with current alliance partners and Carta GTM teams, creating effective cross-functional strategies and developing powerful co-marketing plans. Your role will also involve maintaining professionalism with partners, capturing customer success stories, and engaging with alliance partners on key mutual events.

  • Collaborates closely with current alliance partners and Carta GTM teams to jointly develop strategies for co-branding/comarketing initiatives and demand generation efforts.
  • Works across the broader GTM Carta team in creating effective cross-functional strategies including Marketing, Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, and oCXO.
  • Develops powerful co-marketing plans on an annual and quarterly basis aligning marketing stakeholders at Carta and with partners.
  • Maintains professionalism and responsiveness with partners, demonstrating urgency in addressing partner requests.
  • Partners with Carta sales/delivery/advisory teams to understand ongoing and point-in-time enablement needs.
  • Works with content and customer marketing teams to develop mid to bottom of funnel collateral and digital content.
  • Captures and communicates customer success stories and in-progress deals.
  • Engages with alliance partners on key mutual events targeting key prospect and customer audiences.
  • Develops localized field strategies concentrating efforts in key geo-hubs.
  • Designs thoughtful field marketing activations incorporating thought leaders and experts.
  • Develops and manages a target list of Alliances prospects for ABM in conjunction with the Carta sales teams.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with partners and key stakeholders.
  • Maturity to manage high-stakes partner relationships and own alliances strategy.
  • Understanding of the various functions of marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing channel partners, ideally alliance partners.
  • Expertise in working across GTM functions in support of partner initiatives.
  • BA required; SaaS, fintech or financial services experience desirable.
  • 6+ years GTM or related experience; alliances, channel or partner marketing experience required.
