About The Position

AliveCor is seeking an Alliance and Client Success Director to join our Employer and Strategic Alliances team. This pivotal role focuses on launching, enabling, and scaling our Health Plan and Alliance channels while driving sustained revenue growth through these partnerships and direct employer clients. The ideal candidate is a high-energy leader who excels at the intersection of complex alliance management and high-stakes client success. You will be responsible for operationalizing our "upstream Center of Excellence" model (KardiaComplete), and other Kardia solutions within Health Plan ecosystems, and ensuring that large, self-insured employers realize immediate and measurable ROI. You are a strategic architect capable of turning partnership and client agreements into a thriving revenue engine that prevents high-cost cardiac events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in digital health and healthcare specifically with alliance management and client success managing complex health plan partnerships or large-scale, self-insured employers
  • Deep understanding of payer dynamics, including in-network contracts, ASO agreements, fully-insured deployments, etc.
  • Ability to navigate and explain complex financial ROI frameworks, medical claims analysis, and performance-based contracting
  • Proven track record of taking a signed contract and building a structured, repeatable implementation and growth process
  • Skill in articulating the value of clinical-quality access and acute event avoidance to CFOs and benefits leaders
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority to drive client outcomes
  • While part of a larger organization, this segment is very much a start up environment where we all must do more than our “day jobs”. Taking ownership of strategy and tactics while producing solutions to challenges is critically important so we can move with urgency and speed toward our success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation and launch of new Health Plan and Alliance partnerships and employer clients, ensuring relevant solutions are seamlessly integrated into their clinical and benefits ecosystems
  • Drive enterprise demand and membership growth through these channels by equipping partner sales teams with the tools and clinical narratives needed to win
  • Manage a portfolio of direct, self-insured employer clients (1k+ lives), taking full ownership of post-sale implementation, engagement, and retention
  • Partner with clients and health plans to validate the financial impact of KardiaComplete, utilizing Milliman-informed actuarial models to prove savings in ER visits and inpatient admissions
  • Manage performance-based fee structures and ROI-linked guarantees, ensuring AliveCor meets or exceeds all mutually agreed-upon clinical and financial benchmarks
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities within existing accounts by demonstrating the value of our "closed-loop" cardiology pathway and early risk detection capabilities
  • Act as the voice of the partner/client to the product and marketing teams, informing enhancements to KardiaMatch and other core service offerings
