About The Position
ENT and Allergy Associates is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly, per-diem Allergy Support and Package Transport position for our West Nyack office. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to support allergy operations with package transport, serum prep assistance, and light administrative tasks. This flexible role is perfect for a college student or anyone looking for extra hours without a fixed schedule. This position requires traveling to offices within the required region: Manhattan, Westchester, Bronx, Brooklyn, and Rockland counties. Hourly: $18/hour
Requirements
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if needed)
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare experience a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Transport packages, supplies, and allergy vials between locations
- Assist with serum prep (organizing, labeling, setup/cleanup)
- Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, general support)
