About The Position

A respected, physician-led dermatology group in a thriving suburban community just outside Minneapolis is expanding its specialty services and seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Allergist (MD/DO) to lead its newly launched allergy and immunology division. In this role, you'll care for patients of all ages with a broad spectrum of allergic, asthmatic and immunologic conditions. You’ll be supported by a dedicated clinical team, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. See approximately 25–30 patients per day in a busy, well-established practice Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Oversee and administer immunotherapy (training provided, if needed) Educate patients and families on disease management and prevention Collaborate with dermatologists and advanced practice providers Play an active role in shaping and expanding the allergy and immunology service line

Requirements

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Allergy & Immunology
  • Excellent diagnostic and communication skills
  • Commitment to evidence-based care and long-term patient relationships
  • Comfortable working independently and within a multidisciplinary care team
