About The Position

The Senior MIDB All Source Analyst shall provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support including all source analysis with an emphasis in foreign national cyber analysis. The employee shall assist the Government in all source intelligence analysis and collection, assembling all available and relevant information, data, and knowledge obtained from multiple intelligence disciplines in situational awareness and in-depth knowledge (i.e., Foundational Intelligence) on foreign national cyber issues. The senior analyst shall provide finished intelligence products and intelligence database production to support U.S. national decision makers and CCMDs with operational planning and analysis required to inform DoD policymakers with insight into key trends and issues that impact DoD’s mission. The analyst should be able to advise, assist, and support in the research and production of all source cyber and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on foreign military’s national cyber organizations, systems, processes, and technologies. The employee should also be able to provide analysis of foreign national cyber and telecommunications organizations and networks in support of customer requirements along with analysis of foreign national level cyber organizations, processes, and systems to identify potential vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and system integrity. The analyst shall provide support for identifying, locating, and tracking deployment of foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint and/or national cyber functions. The analyst shall provide expert analysis of foreign military cyber exercises by identifying the cyber units, missions, assets, and purpose of the exercise. The employee shall produce reports that compare and contrast new exercises with previous military cyber exercises. The analyst should also be able to provide foundational / operational cyber and telecommunications intelligence support to assist the Government in: Providing functional oversight for Cyber / MIDB management Expanding current MIDB data records to reflect the world’s telecommunications and cyber installations and facilities. Using all source analysis to discover the infrastructure. Creating corresponding records within the MIDB. Maintaining and updating existing cyber MIDB records and telecommunications installations, facilities, and networks.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with CI poly; only candidates with current poly can be considered.
  • At least 12 years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree
