All-Source Analysis and Production Site Manager The Opportunity: Threats to the nation and our military are regularly evolving and becoming more complex. As an all-source analysis and production intelligence professional, you will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. You will generate written intelligence products in accordance with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools and brief analysis to senior DoD leaders. Requirements

Experience with all-source analysis production, including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203 and 206, and DIA writing style
Experience with short and long-form analysis, editing, and writing
Experience briefing for subject matter experts and executive Flag and General Officer audiences
Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
Knowledge of Near Peer military doctrine and strategy, including conventional and asymmetric warfare, general military trends and academics, and adversary political and military culture and history
Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, network charts, and formal or informal briefings
Ability to apply and query SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases
Ability to adjust and lead a team given changing mission requirements to deliver products within a short time frame
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree and 16+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or 22+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience with Counter-WMD, including WMD threats, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRNE, and counterterrorism
Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
Experience at a Combatant Command, or Service Center or Joint Service environment
Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process
Master’s degree
