As an all-source analysis and production intelligence professional, you will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. You will generate written intelligence products in accordance with Intelligence Community tradecraft standards using a wide range of intelligence resources and tools and brief analysis to senior DoD leaders. Requirements

  • Experience with all-source analysis production, including analytic tradecraft, ICD 203 and 206, and DIA writing style
  • Experience with short and long-form analysis, editing, and writing
  • Experience briefing for subject matter experts and executive Flag and General Officer audiences
  • Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
  • Knowledge of Near Peer military doctrine and strategy, including conventional and asymmetric warfare, general military trends and academics, and adversary political and military culture and history
  • Ability to independently develop high-quality tailored deliverables, including actionable leads, ICD-compliant written products, network charts, and formal or informal briefings
  • Ability to apply and query SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and HUMINT data sets and databases
  • Ability to adjust and lead a team given changing mission requirements to deliver products within a short time frame
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 16+ years of experience with intelligence analysis, or 22+ years of experience with intelligence analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Counter-WMD, including WMD threats, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, CBRNE, and counterterrorism
  • Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
  • Experience at a Combatant Command, or Service Center or Joint Service environment
  • Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process
  • Master’s degree
