What You’ll Do: Perform vehicle alignments, suspension repairs, and steering system repairs as assigned. Learn and apply alignment theory and concepts using Hunter Alignment Technology and related equipment. Diagnose and replace or repair worn components such as ball joints, tie rods, and control arms. Inspect tires for wear patterns, damage, and alignment-related concerns. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to service advisors or customers when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety protocols. What You Bring: Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot tire, suspension, and alignment issues. Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics, particularly suspension and steering systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proven customer service skills with a focus on quality and trust. Requirements
