About The Position

Are you the go-to alignment expert in your shop? The one who can feel a bad camber before the machine even finishes? If so, we want you on our team.
We're looking for a skilled Alignment Technician who takes pride in precision work, knows their way around modern alignment equipment (i.e., Hunter), and can diagnose steering and suspension issues without guesswork.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on alignment experience
• ASE Certified (A4 - Steering & Suspension)
• A valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations within the past three years and no major violations within the past 5 years
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Hunter alignment machines
• A mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Ability to handle the physical side of the job -- lifting, standing, moving all day
