Requirements

Proficiency in Python with 1-3 years of coding experience
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
A strong interest in algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading
Demonstrated ownership mentality focused on long-term company growth
Passion for problem-solving and hands-on product development
Determination, ambition, and humility with a commitment to continuous learning
Preference for a merit-based, collaborative team environment
Entrepreneurial mindset willing to work non-traditional hours in a fast-paced startup setting
Applicants must be eligible to work in the US without requiring a visa.
