About The Position

Alfa Romeo Area Manager - Service and Parts position has revenue-generating sales responsibility with a group of Alfa Romeo dealerships in Texas/Midwest. The Area Manager position serves as a liaison between the dealers, the Business Center and Stellantis Corporate Headquarters who will be responsible for all areas of service and parts, including retail/wholesale/service lane marketing, enhancing dealership processes to improve customer retention and advocacy, technical and warranty guidance, training dealership personnel on Aftersale products and initiatives. The goal of these activities is to help our dealerships improve sales, customer retention, and profits. The qualified candidate will be expected to review and analyze dealer performance, marketing, staffing, financial statements, and generally consult with dealers to maximize their overall service and parts operations. Having the ability to motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to high levels of performance is critical to this position. The position will also require understanding of Dealer Sales process, including: Allocation, Sales reporting and incentives. To assist the Sales Area Manager in Sales as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3 + years of sales, marketing, training, or automotive experience
  • Willing and able to relocate, nationally
  • Willing and able to travel regionally on a daily basis, with occasional overnight trips required

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive Experience in an automotive environment preferably with retail sales experience in dealership and service departments
  • Area Manager experience, preferably both Sales and Aftersales
  • Fluency in Stellantis and Mopar systems, including DealerConnect, FieldConnect, GWA, Power BI, StarParts, iExam, Service Smarts
  • Expertise in Dealer process analytics and improvement, including shop flow optimization, Customer Experience improvement tactics, and other Dealer Retail revenue generation and optimization measures
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to create and convey persuasive presentations to dealership management
