About The Position

As a Senior Alarm Systems Technician on our Service Team, you'll use your industry expertise to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial security systems across the Northern Virginia and Southern Maryland area. This is a true field-based role. This opportunity requires strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose network and system issues, perform basic integrations, and ensure systems operate reliably for our customers. Senior technicians also play an important role in supporting and mentoring junior technicians while sharing technical knowledge to help strengthen the capabilities of the team and branch. In short, you will manage on average 4-7 service calls per day, working independently across a variety of system types while delivering an exceptional experience for every customer you visit. You will be issued a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop to help you succeed in the field and manage your day-to-day! If you have experience installing alarm systems, security systems, running low voltage wiring, installing CCTV systems, or working in structured wiring or new construction environments - and enjoy mentoring other technicians or sharing your technical expertise - this role may be a strong fit for your background.
