Our Alarm Monitoring Dispatchers are the professionals who ensure that every alarm gets the fast, accurate response it deserves. This role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in emergency communications, criminal justice, or public safety. No prior dispatch experience is required — we’ll provide paid, hands-on training.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Dependable, punctual, and calm under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to follow structured procedures with precision

Nice To Haves

• Customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to fire, burglary, panic, and medical alarms across the U.S.
• Dispatch police, fire, and medical responders quickly and accurately.
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while following clear procedures.
• Communicate professionally and calmly under pressure.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.
