About The Position

Monitor facility operations at the Chemical Defense Training Facility (CDTF) at Fort Leonard Wood, MO. This position's primary duties are to oversee utility equipment and report any critical condition of equipment to management. Employees will be primarily stationed in an office equipped with computerized monitoring equipment. Employees will be required to perform physical checks of all equipment. This position is also required to perform general cleaning / maintenance activities.

Requirements

• High school or vocational school graduate or possession of a GED equivalency certificate.
• 2+ years of work experience with facility maintenance

Responsibilities

• Monitors all Building Automated System (BAS) activities.
• Performs checks on chillers, boilers, air handlers, electrical motors, VFD's, water heaters, exhaust fans, autoclaves, washers, dryers, etc.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists maintenance workers in solving work problems
• Demonstrates attention to detail, good comprehensive and analytical skills.
• Must be able to wear a full-face respirator with accompanying PPE and perform duties if needed
• 2nd and 3rdShift is required.
