About The Position

Guardian's Central Station is seeking an Alarm Dispatcher for the graveyard and swing shifts at our location in Yakima. The role involves processing over-the-phone requests, dispatching for various alarm events, and accurately evaluating alarm signals.

Responsibilities

• Processing over-the-phone requests
• Dispatching on Fire, Security, Medical, and Life/Safety alarm events
• Comprehend and evaluate alarm signal events quickly and accurately
• Review account signal traffic history accurately and quickly
• Relay account/signal information in a complete and informationally dense manner
