The Securitas Alarm Dispatcher is an essential part of our security operations, responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. In this role, you will: Monitor and evaluate security alarms and emergency signals Provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording Coordinate emergency dispatch and communicate with field officers, clients, and public safety agencies Conduct incident reporting, analysis, and remote alarm panel programming Maintain situational awareness and follow established protocols to ensure accurate, timely responses This position requires strong multitasking abilities, sound judgment under pressure, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
