About The Position
The On-Call RSA/HSA is trained in both roles, on multiple shifts and in both Memory Care and Assisted Living. The On-Call RSA/HSA is on-call for one week at a time. They must be on standby to pick up open shifts. The week that the Standby HSA/RSA is on standby they receive a stipend.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have adequate reading and writing skills as well as verbal communication skills to perform the required documentation & reporting duties.
Nice To Haves
- One year elderly experience is preferred but not required.
