We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Airworthiness Communications & Data Coordinator to support our Airworthiness Team in achieving regulatory approval for advanced aerospace products. This role plays a critical part in maintaining project organization, preparing documentation for submission to the FAA, and ensuring our team operates efficiently in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Aviation, Engineering, Business, or related field)
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, aerospace, engineering support, or regulated industries preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track certification activities, schedules, and deliverables
  • Prepare, review, and format technical documentation for FAA submissions
  • Maintain document control systems and ensure configuration accuracy
  • Support compliance tracking and certification milestone reporting
  • Organize team meetings, maintain action item logs, and follow up on commitments
  • Assist engineers and certification specialists with documentation, data compilation, and regulatory correspondence
  • Ensure records are complete, audit-ready, and aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Provide cross-functional support wherever needed to keep certification programs on track
