Requirements

21 + Years of Age
Valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
Must also have the ability to pass a federal background check for DOT
Be 21+ years of age.
A guard card/license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
This is a primarily driving post.
Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, parking areas, access roads, and perimeter zones to help to deter prohibited activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and assist with directing individuals to appropriate check-in, screening, and/or service locations.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing clear directions and requesting additional support as needed.
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and logs, and communicate timely updates to site leadership and/or public agency contacts per post orders.
