Job Description As an Airport Security Officer - CCTV in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a government location, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence and exceptional customer service. In the CCTV unit, you will not only be monitoring CCTV cameras and coverage of all the airport property. This position also includes being dispatched to door and gate breaches to ensure procedures have not been violated. Position Type: Part Time - Afternoon Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.93. The premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee . Job Schedule: Day Time Tue 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Wed 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM Sat 03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Security Experience: 1+ years
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government aviation location.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of terminals, concourses, curbside areas, parking facilities, and perimeter zones, noting and reporting unusual activity and/or hazards that may help to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, check identification and/or credentials as required, and direct visitors, passengers, and contractors according to posted rules and site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with on-site personnel and/or public agency representatives when needed.
• Complete written and/or electronic reports, document patrol activity and incidents, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
