As an Airport Greeter, you will play a key role in creating a memorable first impression by welcoming guests to Hawaiʻi and seamlessly connecting them to their Four Seasons experience. This highly visible, guest‑facing role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy engaging with people, and take pride in delivering warm, polished service.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, carry, and handle luggage weighing 50 lbs. or more
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and traverse long distances
Clear, polished verbal communication skills and a professional vocabulary
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced environment
Warm, confident demeanor with the ability to remain composed under pressure
Valid Driver’s License and current Traffic Abstract
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and varying shifts

Nice To Haves

Previous hospitality experience preferred; luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Greet arriving guests at the airport with warmth, professionalism, and genuine Aloha
Monitor and verify guest flight arrivals to ensure accurate and timely welcomes
Assist guests upon arrival by walking with them through airport terminals and explaining next steps
Coordinate ground transportation, including confirming pre‑arranged transfers or arranging taxis as needed
Traverse airport areas regularly, including arrival halls, baggage claim, and curbside pickup zones
Communicate guest arrival information to the resort and collaborate with transportation partners
Maintain Four Seasons service standards and comply with Category One and Category Two Work Rules (EmPact)
Work collaboratively with Guest Services leadership, airport personnel, and hotel teams to ensure smooth arrivals
