About The Position
Join our team at MCI Airport for weekend day shifts only! Greet travelers, handle rental car returns, and inspect vehicles for damage in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
Requirements
- Customer service experience.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Ability to stand and walk outdoors throughout your shift.
- Must be 18+
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a good driving record in the last 3 years
- Must be able to pass a background check and a drug screen
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the return booth with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Inspect returned vehicles thoroughly and record detailed condition, mileage, and fuel levels.
- Process returns accurately following company policies.
- Resolve customer questions and issues quickly.
