About the Position: As an Access Control Specialist, you will: Process various applications and service requests, determining eligibility and compliance with federal security requirements. Interacts with employees, contractors, vendors, and tenants to explain policies and procedures. Assigns access clearance codes, distribute security ID access media, and use the TSA's e-Secure Flight Program. Collect and process fingerprints for criminal history checks and submit biographical information for security threat assessments. Facilitate security training for all airport badge holders in assists scheduling appointments using a queue management platform. Issue airside vehicle ramp permits and, restricted area door keys. Provide guidance on the use of the SLC Authorized Signer Portal and AAAE online training programs. Maintain and update badge holder records, ensuring compliance with TSA regulations. Handles inquiries, provide information, and follow through on requests independently. Operate multiple computer systems to track and retrieve data, and perform various technical duties as required.
