Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
Must meet airport badging requirements, including TSA Security background check.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet all company insurance criteria.
Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience

Responsibilities

Review requisitions and confer with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule
Checks and maintains stockroom daily
Procures, sources and negotiates the buying of parts & equipment necessary for operation of an organization.
Selects products for purchase by testing, observing, or examining items. Estimates values according to knowledge of market price.
Prepares purchase orders.
Reviews bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
Maintains purchasing records such as items, cost, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories.
Approves invoices for payment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
