The Impact You’ll Make in this Role 3M Aerospace Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing the assigned Key Accounts. You will be responsible for 3M TEBG product sales to the assigned Key Accounts. As a(n) Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Lead TEBG Strategy for engagement with assigned airlines Implements key account strategies Determine strategy, sales approach, customer engagement plan Supports business group initiatives Willingness to travel globally to support Key Accounts Company Vehicle This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
  • Eight (8) years of aerospace industry sales in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Current, valid Driver’s License.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree at an accredited institution
  • Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Skills include Negotiation, Strong Influencing skills, CRM Skills, Proven experience managing cross functional teams, Substantial experience in aerospace sales.
