Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience coordinating projects or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across teams or functions, including managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience communicating in a professional environment through written and verbal formats (e.g., emails, reports, presentations, or cross-functional meetings) with internal teams, leadership, or external partners.
  • Experience planning and prioritizing work, including evaluating information, identifying issues, and applying problem-solving to support task or project completion.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment with shared goals or deliverables.
  • Experience working independently in a professional environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, sorting/filtering, and basic reporting).
  • Experience interpreting financial, operational, or performance data.
  • Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems for data entry, reporting, transaction processing, or workflow management.

Nice To Haves

  • Open to recent graduates with strong academic performance and relevant project, internship, or co-op experience.
  • Hands-on experience in aviation maintenance or a related technical environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in aerospace, aviation, or a comparable regulated industry considered an asset.
  • 3+ years of experience in a commercial, customer-facing, or business development role preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports program managers and account leads in soliciting, managing, and executing customer contracts and expectations, including onboarding, requirements gathering, reports, customer visits, and updates.
  • Coordinates supporting services for engine MRO events as needed, including logistics, rentals, field service work, component repairs, and consignment inventory.
  • Coordinates commercial activities to ensure successful execution of MRO events.
  • Coordinates and validates fulfillment of technical requirements for MRO events, including customer/commercial and airworthiness reports and technical documentation.
  • Creates, maintains, and monitors internal systems and applications such as ERP, Oracle, and CRM (Salesforce.com).
  • Utilizes dashboards (e.g., PowerBI) and metrics to monitor account health and engine shop visit (project) performance.
  • Supports Customer Success in monitoring MRO event/transaction performance through the shop while ensuring accuracy and compliance of data sets, reports, and forms.
  • Understands high-level business strategy and commercial concepts to help optimize business and customer value, ensuring alignment of actions.
  • Maintains awareness of technical data, OEM/customer requirements (CFM, Rolls-Royce), aviation industry standards, and regulatory/internal quality documentation.
  • Supports KPIs, continuous improvement initiatives, SMS (Safety Management System) compliance, issue reporting, and additional assigned projects.
