About The Position

PCC Airframe Segment is looking for future college graduates to join their Technical Rotation Program. This two-year program develops the knowledge and skills to become the future engineering leaders for our various facilities within the organization. The TRP program is a two year program. Each engineering rotation will be one year in length. First Year Assignment Location Opportunities: Pacific NW and Southern California. Must be willing to relocate for 2nd year assignment. This development program is intended to prepare TRP graduates for a full-time Engineering position at one of the Airframe facilities. Upon graduation, successful candidates will be placed into a full-time role within the Airframe Segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • A cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
  • Must be a US Persons
  • Must be open to relocation
  • Excellent communication and team building skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Clubs, organizations, or activity involvement
  • Prior Internship or Co-Op in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, process control
  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, process improvement
  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, metallurgy
  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, tooling and fixture design
  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, production support
  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, facilities maintenance
  • Assignments may include, but are not limited to, maintaining quality systems.
