The Mobility Operations Rotational Program is for recent college graduates to rotate through several departments to gain exposure within different parts of the business for the first three years of their career. Upon completion of the program, you will have developed a broad set of technical skills while providing solutions to projects across the organization. These rotational roles may require the selected candidate to relocate and/or travel for their position. The program is currently looking for an individual focused on digitalization and automation. This role will focus on improving business processes and performance through data analysis and problem-solving. Through collaboration with various teams across our manufacturing plants, you will analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to display and optimize results. After development, you will then spend time across various functions including manufacturing, supply chain, capacity planning, engineering, etc. to implement these tools and drive their adaptation. Examples of rotation assignments: Capacity Planning: Support the development of capacity planning tools, optimize their efficiency and accuracy, and utilize these tools to drive business decisions when quoting new opportunities Supply Chain: Enhance supply chain planning processes to optimize production schedules, reduce inventory and improve product delivery metrics (e.g.OTIF) Build and improve demand forecasts that drive production and inventory decisions Create supply and production plans that balance customer demand, capacity, and cost Manage raw materials and inventory, learning how companies avoid shortages and excess Participate in IBP / S&OP meetings, where leaders make real tradeoff decisions Use data, analytics, and automation to improve planning tools and dashboards Work directly with manufacturing, sales, procurement, and engineering teams Manufacturing Operations/Continuous improvement: Partner with various departments within manufacturing to drive a continuous improvement mindset to improve operational efficiency, increase productivity and reduce waste in processes
