Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or higher.
• 5+ years in a regulated industry (Aerospace/Defense preferred)
• Strong technical and analytical skills (including FEA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• A team player with ambition and flexibility to grow professionally.
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (due to U.S. Government contracts).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• PPE required in designated areas.

Nice To Haves

• FAA certification knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and repair heat transfer products for aerospace applications.
• Support FAA Repair Station activities and develop DER repairs.
• Apply engineering principles to deliver FAA FAR-145 component repair solutions.
• Lead projects from concept to completion—planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve technical feasibility and production issues.
• Build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
