Job Description: We are hiring a hands‑on technical professional to support equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly tooling needs across our production areas to support our 2nd shift team in Brillion, WI. Pay: Starting at $22.00/hour plus $4.00 shift premium — $26.00/hour total plus $2,000 sign on bonus Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours), 2:45PM – 12:45AM
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Minimum of 1 month related experience and/or training
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice To Haves
- Fork Lift and Scissor Lift experience preferred
- Welding experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to prioritize & manage projects
- Accountable for decision making
- Set and maintain tool torque to AriensCo Standards
- Strong understanding of system integration & functions Pneumatic Hydraulic Electric
- Troubleshoot and repair broken air tools, assembly fixtures and equipment
- Manage & perform preventative maintenance as needed
- Manage tool inventory, costs, records, initiate ordering or outside repairs as needed
- Setup, adjust, and repair tool lubricating system
- Setup Air Tools for new cells and determine proper tooling for new applications
- Perform miscellaneous repairs on assembly equipment as needed to keep production lines running
- Troubleshoot and perform appropriate repairs or coordinate repairs of specialized equipment
- Perform periodic inspections of assembly equipment to maintain proper and safe operation (lift devices, tool stand fuel system, etc.)
- Maintain inventories of specific purchased parts used for assembly
- Perform and assist others in projects that improve key metrics
