About The Position
Role Overview The Field Technician Helper supports lead Field Technicians in delivering high-quality air duct, dryer vent, chimney, and insulation services. This role is execution-focused and does not involve selling or customer decision-making. The Helper is responsible for assisting with physical work, setup, breakdown, safety, and job completion. This role is ideal for individuals who want to learn a skilled trade, work with their hands, and grow into a lead technician role over time. What You Will Do ● Assist with air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, chimney services, and insulation installs ● Set up and break down equipment and job sites ● Handle hoses, vacuums, ladders, tools, and materials ● Maintain clean and organized work areas in customer homes ● Follow all SOPs and safety procedures at all times ● Support lead technicians to improve speed and efficiency ● Assist with before-and-after photos as required ● Ensure all tools and materials are accounted for before leaving the job ● Help maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles Performance Expectations ● Meet daily productivity and job completion standards ● Follow safety procedures 100 percent of the time ● Deliver consistent, high-quality workmanship ● Be reliable, punctual, and prepared daily ● Support strong customer satisfaction through professionalism and care What We’re Looking For ● No prior experience required. Full training provided ● Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools ● Able to work in attics, on ladders, rooftops, and confined spaces ● Physically capable of lifting equipment and performing manual labor ● Coachable, hardworking, and dependable ● Team-oriented with a strong work ethic ● Valid driver’s license preferred ● Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
