Requirements
- 1+ years of professional Air Duct Cleaning experience (ADC)
- Hands-on experience operating Negative Air Pressure Machines (required)
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
- Ability to work independently and provide high-quality service
- Comfortable using CRM systems or willing to learn
- A professional, customer-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Perform air duct cleaning services using Negative Air Pressure Machines
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the 5 Star Air brand professionally
- Use our CRM platform to manage appointments, updates, and service notes
- Maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams
- Collaborate with our Support, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
